1. What this service is
The Health Coverage Map is a free, education-only tool operated by INSUR LIVE LLC. It explains publicly available health-coverage rules in plain language, based on the answers you provide. It is not legal, tax, insurance, or immigration advice, and it is not an application for coverage. Results describe options and ranges, not recommendations; figures are estimates built from public data and may change as rules change.
2. No enrollment, no steering
The tool does not enroll you in any plan, does not rank or recommend specific plans or carriers, and does not require you to work with any particular agent. What you do next — use your own agent, contact us, use any other agent, or act on your own — is entirely your choice.
3. Accuracy and freshness
We verify the rules behind the tool against public sources and show the date the rules were last confirmed. When a fact cannot be verified as current, the tool withholds it rather than showing stale information. Despite this, rules change and errors are possible; always confirm important decisions with the official source or a licensed professional.
4. Saved results
Saving is optional. For security, personal save links expire after a period of time; your saved record is kept until you request deletion (see our Privacy Policy). Do not forward your personal save link; share the tool itself instead.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to scrape data, probe pricing at scale, misrepresent identity, or interfere with its operation.
6. SMS Program — Terms & Conditions ("INSUR.LIVE Save & Recheck Notifications")
Program. INSUR.LIVE, operated by INSUR LIVE LLC, offers optional text-message account notifications about a Health Coverage Map result you chose to save ("INSUR.LIVE Save & Recheck Notifications").
- Messages you may receive: (1) a one-time text with a link to reopen your saved map, sent when you select the text channel, enter your own mobile number, and tap "Save"; (2) only if you separately check an unchecked-by-default reminder box — occasional notes when the public rules or key dates behind your saved result change, or a personal reminder shortly before such a date; (3) service confirmations in direct response to your own actions (for example, an unsubscribe confirmation). No marketing or promotional messages.
- Message frequency varies (typically one message per save request; reminder notes are occasional — a few per year).
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. Help: reply HELP, email support@insur.live, or call (305) 775-3215.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of using the service or of any purchase.
- Delivery activation. Text delivery is being activated with our messaging carrier. If you opt in before activation, your number and consent are stored and your messages are sent once delivery is active; you may withdraw consent at any time via support@insur.live, or by replying STOP once delivery begins.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- How you consent and the exact opt-in form are publicly documented on our SMS Program page. Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy; mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date reflects the current version.
