Insurance in the U.S. is one of the most confusing systems families and businesses face — from health and life to disability, business protection, property, and private client insurance. INSUR.LIVE exists to make it understandable and honestly navigable: education in plain language first, licensed help only when a person asks for it.
What INSUR.LIVE is — and isn't
We are not an insurance marketplace and not an insurance carrier, and we don't sell policies on this website. We are an education and navigation company: we build free tools that explain the public rules, and we maintain a network of licensed professionals for people who ask for help. INSUR LIVE LLC itself holds an insurance agency license: introductions go to licensed producers in our network, and some clients are served directly by our own licensed producers, who write and service their policies — always in a separate, licensed conversation, never through these tools. Our tools don't rank carriers, don't name carriers, and never make your choice for you.
How we keep it honest
Every fact our tools show is checked against primary sources and carries the date it was last confirmed. And the trust we place in the professionals who serve our clients isn't blind: it rests on a system built to sustain a high standard of practice — selective admission, ongoing review, and principles every member chose to join. That standard isn't written from the sidelines: INSUR LIVE LLC is itself a licensed insurance agency, and the bar we set for the network is the bar we practice to ourselves.
