Everything our tools state about rules, dates, and programs follows one method. This page describes it.
Primary sources only
Facts come from the primary source — the law, the regulation, the official program page — not from summaries of summaries. When sources disagree, the primary source wins.
Dated review stamps
Every rule our tools rely on carries the date it was last confirmed against its source. When we cannot confirm a fact is current, we withhold it rather than show stale information.
What we never do
We never rank or name insurance carriers in our tools. We never call anything "the best plan." We never sell your information.
Corrections
If you find an error, write to support@insur.live. We check the claim against the primary source and correct it with a dated note.
Where AI fits
INSUR.LIVE uses AI systems in building and maintaining its tools and content. AI does not generate the answers or results a person sees in our tools: those are assembled by deterministic logic from verified, dated rules. Written content on our pages may be prepared with AI assistance — every fact in it is checked against primary sources and approved by the company's licensed leadership before publication.
